To qualify for the California real estate license exam, you must complete three required courses. We offer all three:

            All courses are approved by the California Department of Real Estate and meet the pre-license education requirements for both Salesperson and Broker licenses.

Course Timeline, Structure & Requirements

Each course is designed to give you the flexibility to learn at your own pace while keeping you on track toward getting licensed.

Timeline:

You may complete each course in as little as 18 days

You’ll have up to one full year to complete each course

Completion time is measured from the date you receive access to your course materials to the date you successfully pass the final exam

Completion Requirement

Courses must be completed within one year of enrollment.
If a course is not completed within that timeframe, re-enrollment will be required.

Final Exam Policy

We’re here to support your success every step of the way.

  • The final exam is open book

  • The minimum passing score is 60% or greater

  • If you do not pass a course final exam on your first attempt, you will be given a second opportunity with a different version of the exam.

You are not required to retake the course after your first attempt

If the second attempt is not successful, the course must be retaken before trying again

Final Exam Identification Requirements:

Before taking your final exam, you will need to present a valid form of identification. Accepted forms include:

  1. A current California driver’s license

  2. A California state ID card

  3. A valid government-issued ID or real estate trade organization ID (issued within the last 5 years, with photo, signature, and ID number)
