To Obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson License
you must first qualify for and pass a written examination. Those who pass the examination are provided a license application which must be submitted to and approved by the Department of Real Estate (DRE).
Pre-Licensee Courses Offered by Achiever's Real Estate School
The 3 pre-licensee courses we offer are approved for statutory/pre-license education credit by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). Successful completion of these courses satisfy the requirements to qualify for a real estate salesperson examination.
